Description

The Claddagh represents devotion and is said to be inspired by the words of the Irish sailor who created it for his sweetheart:

"With these hands, I give you my heart, and I crown it with my love." Love (heart), friendship (hands), and loyalty are supposed to be represented by its emblems (crown).

This ring is made even more remarkable by the diamond bands on either side of the Claddagh.

The vintage cut of this Claddagh ring gives it a unique feel.

This diamond ring was hallmarked in Dublin Castle, Ireland.
