Shipping policy

Shipping Details:

All our orders are shipped DIRECT from Co. Donegal, Ireland.

We aim to have your order dispatched to you within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order Monday - Friday. This excludes weekends and Irish public holidays and busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and Sale times.

Extreme weather conditions and outside EU customs security delays are unfortunately outside of our control. 

If your order is urgent or if you have any product queries you can use our chat feature on the bottom left or please let us know by emailing customerservice@trionadesign.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Tracking : 

On the day of dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number. You can also enter your tracking number into the required field on the UPS website here, for Ireland and Northern Ireland click here for DPD . If you require any further information, you can email us at customerservice@trionadesign.com.

 

Delivery Information :

All orders are fully trackable. You can contact customerservice@trionadesign.com for any additional queries, special requests or if you require your items urgently.

We cannot accept responsibility for unprecedented delays while packages are with the selected courier service especially during peak times such as Black Friday, Christmas and Holiday periods.

Bulky items such as blankets may incur an extra shipping charge - depending on the quantity. We will be in contact with you prior to shipping if this may be the case to quote the shipping charge. 

 

IRELAND

All orders are shipped using DPD, you should expect delivery 1-2 days following dispatch. Enjoy FREE click and collect at our Ardara store, simply choose pickup at check out to avail of this service.

All orders over €99 are shipped FREE of charge.

Any orders under €99 are shipped at the cost of €11.99 using DPD. 

NORTHERN IRELAND

All orders are shipped using DPD, you should expect delivery 1-2 working days following dispatch.

All orders over £99* are shipped FREE of charge.

Any orders under £99* are shipped at the cost of £10.99*.

 

UK

All orders are shipped using UPS Express with expected delivery times of 2-3 working days from dispatch.

All orders over £200* are shipped FREE of charge.

Any orders under £200* are shipped at the cost of £20*.

*Exchange rate may vary at time of purchase.

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) by UPS. This means VAT and duties are handled by us, with nothing more to pay on delivery.

MAINLAND EUROPE 

All orders are shipped using UPS Express with expected delivery times of 2 - 4 working days from dispatch.

All orders over €200 are shipped FREE of charge.

Any orders under €200 are shipped at the cost of €25.

 

USA

The price you see at checkout is the total amount you'll pay. All duties and taxes are included, and are handled by us in advance so your order arrives without delays or unexpected charges. Shop with peace of mind - we've got it covered!

Orders are shipped using UPS Express with expected delivery times of 2 - 3 working days from dispatch.

We cannot deliver to PO box addresses or military bases. Please provide street addresses only.

All orders over $300 are shipped FREE of charge.

Any orders under $300 are shipped at the cost of $30.

CANADA

The price you see at checkout is the total amount you'll pay. All duties and taxes are included, and are handled by us in advance with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) so your order arrives without delays or unexpected charges. Shop with peace of mind - we've got it covered!

All orders over $400 CAD are shipped FREE of charge.

Any orders under $400 CAD are shipped at the cost of $50 CAD.

REST OF THE WORLD

Orders are shipped using UPS International with expected delivery times of 2 - 5 working days from dispatch. 

Please ensure that you make yourself aware of any local customs charges, taxes or duties that may apply to your order. 

All orders over €250 are shipped FREE of charge using UPS Economy Service.

Any orders under €250 are shipped at the cost of €30.
