Exchanges & Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase made online, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange to the same value as paid on any products that are returned in its original condition within 28 days of receipt.

Extended returns on all items purchased from 6th November, returnable until 9th January.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unworn and Unused – Items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

  • With All Original Tags Attached – Garment and brand tags must remain securely attached as received.

  • In Original Packaging – Items must be returned with all original packaging, including boxes, dust bags, and protective wrapping where applicable.

  • Free from Odour or Marks – Returns that are soiled, damaged, or contain perfume, deodorant, or makeup marks will not be accepted.

Please note this refund policy is only applicable to online orders placed on trionadesign.com. For retail location policies please contact the relevant store.

Sale items may only be exchanged or returned for an online credit note.

Returns are processed within 48 hours of the items being returned. Please ensure your package is adequately insured as we are not liable for items until they are signed for at our premises. 

Non-Returnable Items - Please note that we are unable to accept returns on certain jewellery items (such as earrings) and custom/altered garments, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

IRELAND & NORTHERN IRELAND

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 working days of receipt and inspection. Please note that there is a return shipping fee of €5.99.

UK

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within approx 10 working days of receipt and inspection. Please note that the return shipping fee of £12.95 will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges please include your preferred replacement details when contacting our team. Exchanges are subject to availability. Shipping is free for most exchanges*. 

Returns and exchanges must be dropped off at an UPS Access Point location.

*This excludes jewellery, accessories (hats, scarves, bags, gloves, etc.) and homeware, for which there is a small fee to cover the cost of the exchange.

USA

For customers in the United States, returns can now be sent to our US warehouse in Ohio, making the process faster and easier. Please note Jewellery returns must be sent to Ireland.

Once your return has been approved via email, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within approx 10 working days of receipt and inspection. Please note that the return shipping fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund.

CANADA & REST OF THE WORLD

For all other international returns, we offer reduced rates with UPS, please speak to our customer service team for advice and costs using this service. 

Please ensure your package is adequately insured as we are not liable for items until they are signed for at our premises. 

 

Please note that sale items do not qualify for additional discounts, including the 10% off first-order promotion.
