Operational Status and Precautions: We want to assure you that we are fully operational and dispatching orders as usual from Monday to Friday. Our dispatch team is committed to following all recommended health and safety measures to ensure a safe working environment for our employees and customers.

Possible Shipping Delays: Due to the current Covid-19 situation, there might be slight delays in our shipping times. These delays are primarily caused by increased demands on courier services. We are working diligently to minimize any disruptions and appreciate your understanding and patience during these challenging times.

Order Processing and Dispatch: We aim to dispatch your order within 24 - 48 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, Irish public holidays, and peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Sale events.

Uncontrollable Factors: Please note that extreme weather conditions and customs security delays outside the EU are beyond our control and might impact shipping times.

Tracking and Support: Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the FedEx website. For any inquiries or assistance, feel free to contact us at customerservice@trionadesign.com.

Order Cutoff Time and Shipping Origin: Orders placed before 11:00 PM (Dublin time) will be processed for shipping. All our orders are shipped directly from Co. Donegal, Ireland.

Local Customs Charges: Please be aware of any potential local customs charges that may apply to your order. It is the customer's responsibility to stay informed about these charges.

Canceling Orders: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We can provide a full refund if the order has not yet been prepared and shipped. Please notify us via email within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping Details by Region:

  • USA: We use FedEx Priority Service with expected delivery times of 2 - 4 working days. Orders over €225/$245* USD qualify for free shipping, while orders under $245 USD are subject to a shipping fee of €25 / $25* USD.
  • CANADA: FedEx Priority Service with expected delivery times of 2 - 4 working days. Orders over €230/$340* CAD are eligible for free shipping, while orders under €230/$340* CAD incur a shipping fee of €27 / $37* CAD.
  • IRELAND: We offer DPD next day delivery within Ireland. Orders over €99 receive free shipping, while orders under €99 incur a shipping fee of €4.99.
  • NORTHERN IRELAND: DPD next day delivery with free shipping for orders over £140. Orders under £140 are subject to a shipping fee of €6.99 / £5.94*.
  • UK: FedEx Economy or FedEx Priority Service. Orders over £174 qualify for free shipping, while orders under £174 are charged €22.00 / £19*. New VAT laws apply to sales equal to or less than £135.
  • MAINLAND EUROPE: FedEx Priority Service with expected delivery times of 3-5 working days. Orders over €200 receive free shipping, while orders under €200 have a shipping fee of €25.
  • REST OF WORLD: FedEx Priority Service with expected delivery times of 10 - 15 working days. Orders over €250 receive free shipping, while orders under €250 have a shipping fee of €27.00.
