Exchanges & Returns:
We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, we are pleased to offer you the option of a Return or exchange of equal value for the products purchased. This offer is valid for items returned in their original condition within 28 days from the date of purchase.
Please be aware that this Return policy exclusively applies to online orders made on trionadesign.com. For information on returns and exchanges for purchases made at our retail locations, we recommend reaching out to the respective location directly.
To initiate a return, kindly send an email to customerservice@trionadesign.com . In your email, provide your Order number and comprehensive details of your return.
There is no restocking fee but customer will be responsible to cover return shipping cost
Return Shipping:
While arranging a return, please note that the cost of postage back to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer. For our international customers, we do offer reduced rates for return shipping through FedEx. To obtain advice and accurate cost estimates for this service, please consult our customer service team. For your peace of mind, we advise adequately insuring your package, as we cannot assume responsibility for items until they are received and signed for at our premises.
Certain jewelry items, such as earrings, cannot be returned due to Health and Safety policies. Additionally, items purchased at reduced prices are eligible only for exchanges. However, please be assured that these policies do not hinder your statutory rights.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. It's important to note that the cost of shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount.
