 Covid-19 Update

We are fully operational and dispatching as usual Monday - Friday. Our dispatch team are following all precautionary measures to ensure all health & safety measures are adhered to.

Due to the current situation regarding Covid-19, there may be slight delays in our shipping times due to the increased demand on couriers. We aim to minimize this disruption as much as possible and we thank you for your understanding on this.

Exchanges & Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase made online, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange to the same value as paid on any products that are returned in its original condition within 28 days of receipt. Please note this refund policy is only applicable to online orders placed on trionadesign.com. For retail location policies please contact the appropriate location here.

To arrange a return simply email us at customerservice@trionadesign.com with your Order number and details of your return.

The cost of postage back to our warehouse is covered by the customer. For international returns, we offer reduced rates with FedEx, please speak to our customer service team for advice and costs using this service. Please ensure your package is adequately insured as we are not liable for items until they are signed for at our premises. 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on certain jewellery items (such as earrings) due to Health and Safety policies. Reduced price products may only be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns are processed within 48 hours of the items being returned.

Cost of shipping will be deducted from your return.

All our orders are shipped DIRECT from Co. Donegal, Ireland.

These policies are applicable to online sales on trionadesign.com only. For in store policies for our retail locations please contact the appropriate location. Contact details can be found HERE.

We aim to have your order dispatched to you within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order Monday - Friday. This excludes weekends and Irish public holidays and busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and Sale times.

Extreme weather conditions and outside EU customs security delays are unfortunately outside of our control. 

If your order is urgent or if you have any product queries you can use our chat feature on the bottom right or please let us know by emailing customerservice@trionadesign.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Tracking : 

On the day of dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number. You can also enter your tracking number into the required field on the FedEx website here. If you require any further information, you can email us at customerservice@trionadesign.com.

 

Delivery Information :

All orders are fully traceable. You can contact customerservice@trionadesign.com for any additional queries, special requests or require your items urgently.

We cannot accept responsibility for unprecedented delays while packages are with the selected courier service especially during peak times such as Black Friday, Christmas and Holiday periods.

Please ensure that you make yourself aware of any local Custom charges that may apply to your order. 

Orders to the USA with a value of under $800 will usually be cleared with no duty through CBP which may be subject to change.

Orders to the UK and over £135 will be subject to duty and VAT fees. See UK specific section below for further details

Bulky items such as blankets may incur an extra shipping charge - depending on the quantity. We will be in contact with you prior to shipping if this may be the case to quote the shipping charge. 

USA

All orders are shipped using FedEx Priority Service with expected delivery times of 2 - 4 working days from dispatch.

We cannot deliver to PO box address - Please provide Street Addresses only.

All orders will require a signature on delivery.

All orders over $225 USD are shipped FREE of charge using Fed FedEx Priority Service.

Any orders under $225 USD are shipped at the cost of €25 / $25* for FedEx Priority Service.

Orders going to the USA with a value of under $800 will usually be cleared with no duty through CBP which may be subject to change.


CANADA

All orders are shipped using FedEx Priority Service with expected delivery times of 2 - 4 working days from dispatch.

We cannot deliver to PO box address - Please provide Street Addresses only.

All orders will require a signature on delivery.

All orders over $315 CAD are shipped FREE of charge using FedEx Priority Service.

Any orders under $315 CAD are shipped at the cost of €27 / $37* CAD FedEx Priority Service.

IRELAND

All orders are shipped using DPD next day delivery, you should expect delivery 1 day following dispatch. Enjoy FREE click and collect at our Ardara store, simply choose pickup at check out to avail of this service.

All orders will require a signature on delivery.

All orders over €99 are shipped FREE of charge.

Any orders under €99 are shipped at the cost of €4.99 using DPD.

Next day delivery is available from the time of dispatch.

 

NORTHERN IRELAND

All orders are shipped using DPD next day delivery, you should expect delivery 1-2 working days following dispatch.

All orders will require a signature on delivery.

All orders over £140 are shipped FREE of charge.

Any orders under £140 are shipped at the cost of €6.99 / £5.94*.

UK

All orders are shipped using FedEx Economy or FedEx Priority Service, you should expect delivery using the Economy service between 10 - 15 working days and 2 - 4 working days using Priority following dispatch.

All orders will require a signature on delivery.

All orders over £174 are shipped FREE of charge using FedEx Priority Service.

Any orders under £174 are shipped at the cost of €22.00 / £19* for FedEx Priority Service.

The UK VAT laws that came into force on January 1, 2021 result in new VAT requirements for sales equal to or less than £135.

  • Under the new laws, we will charge VAT at the point of the sale of goods equal to or less than £135 with no duty required to be paid by you the customer/importer.
  • For the sale of goods over £135, we will not collect VAT at the point of sale. In this case, VAT and duties are remitted by you the customer. Our courier will be in touch with you to pay the VAT and duty. It’s the sole responsibility of the customer/importer to make themselves aware of any duty and VAT fees.
  • Northern Ireland will not be affected by these changes and will transact with standard VAT applied and no duties.
We would recommend familiarising yourself with these new rules by visiting HMRC.

 

MAINLAND EUROPE 

All orders shipped using FedEx Priority Service with expected delivery times of 3-5 working days from dispatch due to high volumes of parcels at the moment.

All orders are shipped using either FedEx Priority Service with expected delivery times between 2 - 4 working days from dispatch.

All orders will require a signature on delivery.

All orders over €200 are shipped FREE of charge using FedEx Priority Service.

Any orders under €200 are shipped at the cost of €25 for FedEx Priority service.

 

REST OF WORLD

All orders shipped using FedEx Priority Service with expected delivery times of 10 - 15 working days from dispatch due to high volumes of parcels at the moment.

All orders will require a signature on delivery.

All orders over €250 are shipped FREE of charge using FedEx Priority Service.

Any orders under €250 are shipped at the cost of €27.00.
