All our orders are shipped DIRECT from Co. Donegal, Ireland.

Here at Triona Design we guarantee to cover all USA custom duties and taxes in the price you pay for each product.

We ship exclusively with UPS and DHL.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase made online, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange to the same value as paid on any products that are returned in its original condition within 28 days of receipt. The cost of postage back to our warehouse is covered by the customer. Please ensure your package is adequately insured as we are not liable for items until they are signed for at our premises.


Please note that we are unable to accept returns on certain jewelry items (such as earrings) due to Health and Safety.
