This October, we’re opening a new flagship store in Dublin, bringing our distinctive approach to Irish craft, textiles and contemporary design to the heart of the city.

Located on the prestigious Dawson Street, our new 340m² store marks an important new chapter for TRIONA. It’s a dedicated home in the capital for our collections of clothing and woven designs, alongside a considered selection of products from other Irish makers and designers.

From Ardara to Dublin: A Brand Rooted in Place

Founded in Ardara, County Donegal in 1984, TRIONA has built its reputation around Irish craftsmanship, with weaving and textiles remaining at the heart of our business. Our Donegal Tweed Visitor Centre on the Wild Atlantic Way has long welcomed visitors to experience our craft firsthand; the Dublin flagship extends that story into the city.

The new store reflects our evolving identity: rooted in the landscape, materials and traditions of Ireland, while looking firmly towards the future. This Dublin location creates a new setting for us to present our collections and craftsmanship to a wider audience, bringing the character of Donegal to the heart of the capital.

What to Expect Inside the Flagship

Inside our Dawson Street store, you’ll find:

  • TRIONA’s own collections of clothing and considered handwoven styles

  • A curated selection of products from other Irish makers and creative businesses

  • A physical expression of our Autumn/Winter 2026 collection and its inspiration

For those familiar with our ethos - timeless pieces crafted in Ireland from ethically sourced natural fabrics - the flagship is a natural next step: a space where sustainability, quality and Irish heritage sit at the heart of the experience.

Why This Matters for Irish Design

The opening comes at an exciting period of expansion for TRIONA, as we continue to build on our Donegal roots and enter an important new chapter in our growth. As Irish fashion and craft gain renewed attention, TRIONA’s involvement in Ireland Fashion Week reflects our place within a growing creative community. Our move into a city-centre flagship marks an important next step, bringing our work to a wider audience while strengthening our connection to the cultural and creative life of Ireland.

Our new store also complements Dublin’s existing landscape of Irish fashion and design retailers on and around Grafton Street, from heritage wool and tweed specialists to contemporary Irish designers.
